This property is very unique. Very high end designs, luxury bedding, beautiful garden with plenty of sitting areas. Close proximity to gorgeous hiking trails and valley with wild animals. The hosts were exceptionally kind and made delicious and healthy breakfasts, grill and deserts. I enjoyed our cinema nights in, as well as soaking in a bath tub under the stars. I’ve never had such a peaceful sleep.

Loved staying here, the decor was wonderful and the place was well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay and it was a welcome reprieve from being on the road travelling. It is also located in some beautiful Kent countryside.

First of all they were very helpful and let me rearrange my stay at quite short notice. It was clean and tidy and there was a nice selection of coffees in the room. The breakfast was excellent.

A little gem! I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could. Fell upon this by sheer luck and ended up staying 4 nights instead of 1, we were so comfortable. Can’t understand some of the negative comments on the reviews. The staff are incredible, hardworking, happy, friendly, anything you want they will try and accommodate you, always someone available day and night, really flexible to special requests and caring regarding special diets. They make it like a home from home and the level of customer service is something that is very rare these days. They found me a room with a microwave when I told them on check in that I travel with my own food due to dietary restrictions. Our room was spacious and had every amenity you could think of, bed was comfortable, big soft thick towels. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Lounge area really homely, warm and cosy. Very good breakfast options, pub type menu available to order until about 9pm with some good quality hot food and gluten free options. Really good bar and service. Free tea and coffee 24 hour self service machine plus hot and cold water dispenser. Very good security both building and car park. Residents only hotel so always plenty of tables in lounge/restaurant and no need to worry about who might be coming into the hotel/restaurant. Most of the hotel including the lounge/restaurant has had a refurb/makeover/redecoration. A big personal thanks to all the staff for being so helpful to me during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend. Easy to find and access and plenty of free secure parking. Very fairly priced and good value for money.

We overlooked the lake which was very pretty, also being this side shielded us from motorway noise. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good.

    The house and its facilities are excellent, located in a...

    The house and its facilities are excellent, located in a very quite part of West Kingsdown. You are only a short 10 mins walk from shops and takeaway. Offroad parking is very good and accessible with room for at least 4 large cars. The cleaning standards are as high as we have come across in a private house. As I think the owner would agree is that the bathroom is ready for an upgrade, however very clean and functionable.

    Staff on reception were exceptional, apologies names escape me (French Lady and a Gentleman). Both extremely helpful and pleasant and very efficient as an exodus of folk arrived which they dealt with impressively and swiftly. Hotel was well presented and location is awesome for Brands Hatch. Thanks again to reception and bar staff for making it a very pleasant stay.

    Room was lovely as we went for a suite which allowed us more room. The evening meal on both evenings was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location for Brands Hatch circuit and within 20 mins walking distance. The staff were lovely and very helpful

    A great base to explore Canterbury and the coast by car. Quiet and clean and comfortable, the house has everything that’s needed for self-catering - full kitchen, washing machine, large bathroom, and separate sitting room.
