The room had many surprises (games box, etc), a luxury feel. The staff were all excellent Car parking was initially an issue as I had to drive around the hotel a few times to get to the parking spot, however the concierge parked the car for us and everything from there went smoothly. Breakfast was great Location is great as we could walk and explore Belfast on foot and we enjoyed the city a whole lot. We also went to the Opera house right next door which was magnificent!

Large room, very clean, safe, friendly and helpful staff, and in an amazing location. Air conditioning! We arrived maybe 2 hours early, but the staff prioritized our room, which was ready after waiting 15 minutes in the cafe. But the cherry on top was the amazing breakfast at the connected downstairs cafe. It wasn't free, but was very cheap. A couple of $4-6 items, with every other meal being $7-10. The coffee was great, as coffee usually is. The food ranged from "good" to "amazing", and portion sizes were between "fair" and "larger than expected". The people that worked there were incredible too, very friendly, and provided great recommendations. They didn't open until 8am, but the one day we were in a hurry, the team expedited coffees and breakfasts for the family within 5 minutes, and we still made the walk to our 8:15am reservation.

First time in Belfast but will certainly go back. The city was easy to get around and you felt very safe. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Found some great places to eat ( and drink!) Nice Christmas market outside city hall.with a lovely atmosphere. Titanic museum was excellent . Used the hop on bus to get around the city. Staff very knowledgeable. Good shopping centre too.

We had a very enjoyable short break in Belfast.

We had a very enjoyable short break in Belfast. We visited the City Hall, the Linen Hall Library, the Titanic Experience and the Ulster Transport Museum at Cultra, near Belfast. We found Belfast to be a very interesting place to visit. It is easy to get around by walking and using the local bus and train services.

Easy to get around city on foot.

Easy to get around city on foot. The Christmas Markets are fabulous. The Lights all around the city Hall and streets are magical. People were so friendly and helpful when asking directions to the Bus Stop. Unfortunately we were not able to stay in the city as we had booked to go to the Eirkson Centre on Sunday in Lisburn. It was only a short drive away from the InnBelfast Hotel and easy to find with free parking. We had a very enjoyable short stay and most certainly will return.

The heart of the town is really nice, the architecture is cool and the historical aspect of the city brings another dimension to even a single day journey. However it is quite small and i'd recommend going up north to the Giant's Causeway and / or Derry.

Breath taking in my opinion, surely anyone who enjoys life would enjoy Belfast... The Ivy, The shops, The Opera House, City Hall, etc, and a most amazing busker called 'John Garrity'... I gave him £1.20p... I think his voice is right up there... :-)

The room was modern the lounge and restaurant were very nice . Prices a little high £20 for fish and chips ☹️. Very nice but smaller smaller portions and smaller prices would be nice . Hotel was clean modern and exceeded my expectations.

The room was okay. The bed was good and the size was good. We used one of the larger rooms. The bar is decent. The staff were good. It was pleasant enough. If you're looking for a hotel that is a bit above the Premier Inn, etc. level (nothing wrong with them) and is located in Belfast city centre, this is a decent choice. It is just not great value for money.
