Beds comfortable, room was clean and had a brew kit but no water for the kettle. The deluxe version is just a shower room upstairs. WIFI broke down two days into the 5 day stay and never came back on, waiting a technician apparently. Reception only open from 11 to 23 and sometimes, although not always, the front foyer doors are not secured therefore access to the entire hotel is possible. First morning found a bottle of vodka in the reception area.

This property is not in an acceptable condition to be used as a hotel. It is clearly a hostel & a shoddy one at that!! The room was dirty, the window was broken, the sky light directly above the bed had no blind so we were kept awake all night. The tv was broken and was flat on top of a table. Air fresheners everywhere to disguise the smells from the floors below!! Absolute joke for £120 per night. Do not stay here unless you have no choice.

My trip was a mix of work and pleasure. I stay in hotels a couple of nights a week for work, and this hands down was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The rooms were immaculate, the hosts were very friendly and it is one of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had away from home.
