Everything! Gorgeous clean room, comfy bed, lovely views, so many thoughtful touches such as the dog welcome box, and chocolates. Such a high quality finish and luxury feel. Amazingly dog friendly. Great breakfast, lovely friendly staff. Fantastic location, nestled in nature and by a dreamy river walk.

Loved everything about this property. Especially the hosts and the history of the place. The meals were amazing, the bed was very comfortable, one of the best accommodations of our entire trip.

Pod was a little gem. Just right for 2. Peaceful surroundings with well stocked lake. Nice to be able to just be, to recharge yourself, reconnect, a bit of us quality time In a very pretty and clean site. Instructions very clear to open barriers and key lock. Will definitely stay again. Excellent meal at Kings Arms pub.

We had a most pleasant and relaxing stay.

We had a most pleasant and relaxing stay. The host was welcoming and we loved the accommodation and the facilities. It is a studio apartment but it is spacious and enough for two adults and may be a small child. It is located in a beautiful area and the settings is amazing, with beautiful views from the living room. There are few amenities around but remember it is a rural small village so one should not expect a shopping mall or many shops. There is a local pub with good food, cafe, small shop, enough to get buy. We attended a friends' wedding anniversary so we spent two evening in a pub celebrating. However Fingle Bridge and a castle Drogo are on a doorstep so we spend one day exploring that area too. I would highly recommend this area and this property.
