The staff at the hotel was probably the icing on the cake. The hotel itself was just right in every way. Perfectly clean everywhere and everything worked as it should. The bed was very comfortable as well.

The rooms are basic, and my shower didn’t work with hot water. I was then moved from a nice room on the ground floor to a lesser nice room on the 3rd floor where the room seemed old/not renovated like the ground floor. some rooms have big tvs other have small ones. The heating makes loud noises which you can hear even with bathroom door shut and you can hear conversations from neighbouring rooms or the corridor. The rooms are however very clean, and the cleaners do a great job each day! Parking is limited however there is second car park. Gym is very basic with running machine, rowing machine and a cable machine. Pool was closed however the attendant at the fitness centre was very friendly. The hotel is located in the middle of the university campus, with a local shop and petrol station near by which is handy.

This venue is excellent value for money.

This venue is excellent value for money. Everything exceeded my expectations. I was delighted to find it's like modern five star for cleanliness, friendliness and food. Also the facilites available even include a swimming pool and sauna. The staff are pleasant and friendly, take time to help, and all really seem to enjoy working at this venue. My modern room was delightful and very comfortable. There's an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a TV, a kettle with sachets, and an easy to use aircon unit that heats and cools. The guest information booklet covers everything that you're likely to want to know in an easy to understand format. The food is delicious, beautifully presented and tasty. The breakfast has a vast array and variety of foods. The bar menu is good. I had a flavoursome curry, a hoisin duck wrap and a bespoke fish fingers and chips during my stay as a mature lone female traveller. There's different lounges available for relaxation and Oh, I nearly forgot to mention the free coffee and hot chocolate machine - help yourself. Even at breakfast I asked to replace the coffee pot with a mocha. It was readily done without question. The grounds are well tended and beautiful with tables outside for dining, drinking or just admiring the view. It's a very relaxing lovely place to stay.

Just stayed for one night.

Just stayed for one night. My room was very clean, I was quite impressive about how spacious it was. Bathroom and toilet facilities seemed like they just been updated, so felt like they were brand new which was great. I would stay here again.

One of the best places I've stayed around Cranfield and one of the best places in general. The hosts are lovely people, very communicative when any problems arose. Apartment itself is great. It was spotless, cosy and the office space was perfect for when I need to do work during my stay. Short pleasant walk away from the University & Rectory Wood Park and right near the bus stops for connections to Bedford & Milton Keynes. Will be my first choice of place to stay when I next visit Cranfield.

Great place to stay. The hotel is attached to the management centre so not far to travel to the courses. Food is great, the bar area has separate areas so great for small groups catching up in the evening. The outside areas have tables so you can dine outside if you wanted to in the evenings. Overall a very comfortable place to stay.

Really comfy room. The bar does light bar food which was ideal and I really liked the free coffee lounge just off reception. Very helpful and friendly staff too. It was great that there was a corridor connecting the hotel and conference centre - never needed to go outside!

Loved the fridge. I've been coming to Cranfield for 2.5 years and on my very last trip, Stringfellow Hall appears and provides a mini fridge. CMDC and Mitchell Hall have nothing and it's been such a pain when travelling up every month.
