It's a very nice hotel. you could feel the friendliness of the staff the moment you walked in the door. The front desk staff was helpful with our requests. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. A very good experience of staying in the Ness Walk and the city.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have been satisfied on each visit. I always stayed in the exact same room on the top floor with a river view. Due to being out of season, I was lucky to get a great weekly rate. I remember the beds were super comfy, and the water pressure was strong, as I liked. The staff, including housekeeping (especially the Ukranian and Polish staff) were excellent, as were the reception staff and the bar manager, who was of immense help when using the business facilities, as well as his cocktail suggestions!

Perfect hotel for leisure or work. Staff is very friendly, cosy rooms and good beds, they can provide a cot for small children (clean with cute blankets), and a beautifully served breakfast. Located next to the River Ness which is perfect for a walk and close to the city centre for your amenities. Highly recommended!

    The best stay. Comfortable, clean, spacious. Having the washer/dryer was a great touch for us light packers. Being from Texas we like things bigger and I was more than happy with the size of the unit. The best part, our hosts were so accommodating. I needed to find a place to get hair and makeup done before an event. They scheduled both appointments for me after gathering all the info. They also left us milk for coffee, chocolate, wine… such a sweet touch. Any time we had a question, they were right there to help. Questions about directions there? Don’t worry, you’ll get detailed messages complete with pictures to help you get there.
