A convenient place to stay, but nothing special.

A convenient place to stay, but nothing special. There were a few good places to eat, but it was just an ordinary town. Still, it was cheap and the day after my stay it gave me easy access to the Brecon Beacon National Park.

You can see that Ebbw Vale is in decline due to the Steel Works that closed some time ago and the coal mines, also shopping centre that used to be there has closed. Overall not much happening for this town, but the people where very friendly

Countryside was lovely, old fashioned houses, friendly people. Travelling on roads that didn't have potholes was a novel. Will going back hopefully next summer. Plenty of places to eat if you do your research like we did.

Hotel is perfectly located for our weekend activities…. A short walk into town and easy driving distance to our final destinations. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help, rooms are spacious, comfy and clean and the food perfect for our trip. Car parking suited us perfectly even tho there’s limited spaces, there was plenty of space on the street outside.

An emerging center of excellence and on the cusp of becoming a important regional center. Close to UNESCO Blaenavon site and Brecon Beacon National Park. Very easy place to get around and not so busy as it is away from main centers, however has the facilities to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area not that close to the town centre, but not far away. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are quite spacious. It's a standard kind of hotel, not one for your holidays, but fine if you're visiting Ebbw Vale on business etc. Good breakfast.

We have arrived with a car. There are parking spots at the hotel for the guests. If they get full within 50 meters there is a large public parking. The place is a hotel but it is run like a family business. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help.

A gem for those needing a well equipped and clean twin room. Free WiFi with adequate speeds, free pavement parking out front, stones throw from shops and public transport. Excellent staff and really hope this hotel gains more investment over time.

Friendly and welcoming hotel run to a high standard. Spacious rooms with a fantastic restaurant and bar on the grounds. Ample parking also. Fantastic value for money compared to other more know brands in the area. I would definitely stay again.

The place was clean, next to Brecon National Park, nearby the city center of Ebbw Vale. The bathroom was very modern, clean and nice. There were even some spices and useful stuff in the kitchen.
