Great location, well furnished rooms with the radio playing soft music and sweet tray which was a nice touch. King size bed which was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dining area had a very relaxed atmosphere and the food was great

We had a bit of a situation with booking and the staff couldn't find our reservation but the problem was solved immediatley and we got upgraded from a room to a lodge. The lodge was fenomenal, exceptionally clean, lots of room and best of all.. a jackuzzi! The ambiance is stellar, everyone is friendly and we had an amazing stay at this location. Staff was very helpful with any and all of our requests and questions. Nothing but a positive review!

    The location is perfect for exploring London and the surrounding area. It's also close to Stansted Airport and the Epping tube terminus. It's a wonderful place to unwind after a long day of exploring London. Des makes every guest feel welcome. With his friendly and intimate approach, he makes your stay truly memorable. We especially recommend using the garden, especially for morning coffee.

    Great location, out of town but a short drive in (with lots of parking available in Epping) and close to the motorway. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with the continental breakfast available at any time. Des was really helpful, telling us about the local area and events. He was very friendly and accommodating and really made our stay.

    Very comfy bed indeed which made up for tiny and rather cramped bathroom in one or our two double rooms. We didn't pay extra for breakfast but went out. You are provided with a kettle etc. Staff all very nice but this is really not a hotel as such, more a restaurant with rooms.
