In my 10 years of travelling the world, I have never felt so at home and so welcome. Jonathan and Simona (along with Ema, the Lab and Molly the Cat) made our journey through the Scottish Highlands an experience to remember and definitely left us with the feeling that we would want to come back again. The house is extremely cozy and in the evening, the fireplace creates an pleasant atmosphere reminding me of my childhood days. The breakfast is great, with many options to pick from and with fresh ingredients. Dinner is also available, along with a vast selection of Scottish Whisky and Gin - IMPORTANT: If you are going, do not miss the Cullen Skink Soup - it is the best thing ever to warm yourself after a rainy windy day in Isle of Skye. PS: Fully appreciate the support of Jonathan and Simone for helping me set up something for my girlfriend's birthday, definitely brought a happiness tear to the eye :)

The owners welcomed us with lovely fresh bread and gave us excellent tips on restaurants/the area itself. The place is gorgeous, tranquil and really highlights the beauty of Isle of Skye.

Great cabin with everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Very clean, cosy living room with a fireplace, well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Debbie even baked homemade bread to welcome us. We would love to come back!

The nature in Glendale is beautiful with mountains, rivers and lakes. Sheep roam freely. In parts very busy roads. Many sights are crowded. If you want more solitude with slightly less rugged mountains but impressive mountain ranges and wide unobstructed views over lakes and beautiful beaches visit Lewis and Harris instead.

The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking...

The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of the lake. The bungalow itself was well-equipped with all the amenities that we needed, and it was situated in a quiet area which made for a very relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a stunning setting. The booking process was also easy and hassle-free, which was a bonus."

I really liked it. The house is cute and cozy.

I really liked it. The house is cute and cozy. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. There are even two hot water bottles for a warm night's sleep. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. Silence, nature, the sea. Everything I wanted. I'd be happy to come back.
