The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable visit. Our room was spotless and everything from a coffee machine to ear plugs not that they were needed! Beds super comfy and a superb English breakfast included in price. I wish all establishments could be this good with such great staff. We will be back for sure! Also superb location, 1 minute from seafront and shops etc.

We liked almost everything : beautiful hotel; lovely interior design; very clean; beds very comfortable!! We loved the swimming pool & sauna & the system of booking the pool! Excellent idea! Very accessible for anyone that has difficulty walking any distance and good parking availability. Easy to move around within the building and very helpful staff. A really lovely place to stay and visit North Norfolk . Excellent service and first class food and wine!

This hotel is situated on the stunning North Norfolk coast offering an abundance of walks and pretty villages with traditional pubs. Lots of places to explore and close to several towns with independent shops offering locally crafted gifts.

It’s very centrally located.

It’s very centrally located. Holt, Weybourne and Sheringham are all lovely and very easy to get to. Holt garden centre is wonderful- great breakfast and so much to look at. I could’ve stayed there for hours. We ate lunch at The Ship in Weybourne-yummy! The beach there is VERY pebbly-in fact it’s more like stones so not at all easy to walk on but still beautiful. Sheringham beach is much nicer-it’s sand. Go to Aloha for the best ice cream! The Maltings did a wonderful breakfast as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Phesant, the room was lovely, the mattress was great the shower was fantastic, the staff were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. The food was devine and service excellent. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.Thank you.

A small place: fairly near to Sheringham and N Norfolk...

A small place: fairly near to Sheringham and N Norfolk railway. Close enough to the sea - but you need your car to get to any. Lots of small somewhat dangerous roads - allow plenty of time for travelling.

Kelling was the village along the road from the hotel, there...

Kelling was the village along the road from the hotel, there was no footpath along the main road so it was not accessible on foot. We would have liked to catch the bus along the coastal road but could not get to the bus stop on foot. But there was a nice walk from the hotel to the sea. Holt, the nearest little town was beautiful, so many Georgian buildings

Hotel is the best we have stayed at, location made it easy to drive around to the area we like.. plenty of parking in the grounds without a change. Massive room and bathroom to match. All staff very helpful and friendly.
