Absolutely loved everything!! The beautiful room called Loveage we stayed in was divine. The restaurants, the spa, the chill out lounge spaces through to the garden walks. All staff were exceptional, soo helpful always. We adored our stay here for 3 nights and are obsessed with Thyme!!

A good stop off town ‘Lechlade on Thames’ to visit local places like the Buscot National Trust Manor and gardens. Just a 2 minute drive to one of the canal locks ( St. John’s) and a walk along the tow path for an evening stroll.

A pretty little Cotswald town with several nice pubs etc, but on a busy through road, it did quieten down at night time though. The New Inn staff were very welcoming and the room was very big and great. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely Cotswold town. We ate at the New Inn- sorry Very easy to get around Thanks for the 'Young Couple', we are both 80 years old. We were on a church bellringing outing for 4 days, so therefore our short time in the hotel & town.

The area is full of natural beauty.

The area is full of natural beauty. Nearby towns and villages are easily accessible by car so perfect for taking in nature, history, meeting with friends or looking for a place to stay in the beautiful Cotswolds. The town of Burford is in close proximity for those who want to visit a traditional Cotswold town and browse the many shops, cafe’s restaurants and pubs. Lechlade offers the tranquility amid the hustle and bustle of local tourism. If you love walking then this setting is just perfect.

The pub atmosphere was very relaxing, the staff were great and the garden bedroom was very wonderful and warm. The restaurant menu was a bit limited and expensive for a country pub, would have expected some pub grub as well. The breakfast was a little late at 8.00am for workers although they said they could do a little earlier if required, maybe a continental could be put on from 7.00am.

Absolutely gorgeous village with some lovely boutique shops. We visited the Christmas shop, the charity shop, the health shop and the sour dough bakery. We had breakfast at Lynwood and Co and breakfast and drinks at the riverside. Nice walk along the Thames.

Found this gem of a place last minute due to a change of work schedule. Was met by a very friendly member of staff, so accommodating and kind. The double room was perfect for my requirements. Lovely and clean. A safe place to park, a comfortable bed, good shower, kettle and finally a hotel with decent sized coffee cups 😀 The atmosphere in the pub was so relaxing with great music (to my taste) and a few people with their beautiful dogs so uplifting; I felt fine being there on my own. Thanks

What a lovely hotel! Everything was above expectations. Cleanliness, comfort, food.... The room was spotless, comfortable bed and good bathroom and shower. It was a warm night and the tower fan was a brillant addition, and worked really well. My personal favourite was the ingenious mini fridge, complete with a little bottle of fresh milk for your tea and coffee, brilliant!! Our dinner was lovely, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were recommended to try the Masons Arms which was excellent. Location was quiet but not too far from Lechlade, Burford and the Cotswold Wildlife Park (recommended).
