We were upgraded to a house with a swimming pool, which was fantastic especially in the current heatwave. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Being able to sit in the tikki hut meant we were able to make use of the beautiful garden all day.

unpretentious hotel classic amazing spacious room classic furnitures amazing view linen, towels, bed matress offers quality sleep parking happy and efficient personnel amazing dishes for dinnerexcellent ingredients excellent cook very good coffee in breakfast, good breakfast in the recent years and mainly this last year in London hotels are deteriorating quality in services, space, you even find mould in the bathrooms, carpets old, broken pieces you find very bad hotels overall whereas the price is absurde for what they offer in the last hotel we paid 190 euros and they could not give us water in a bottle the room was absolutely awful, small, broken matress, mould in bathroom, we couldnt stay for more than 10 minutes as we wake up, prison cells for hotel rooms I make this reference because I visited London often this year and every time same story 170+ euros and a very bad hotel (even it is starred 4, who makes the certification I wonder) and i thought this situation not respecting the customer visitor is all around uk thank god not a dreamy hotel it is they respect visitors they know how to make the experience as it should be This is a trully best quality hotel in a reasonable price i should definately recommend it and i hope to visit again
