We’ve stayed at the holiday park before, but the location of this caravan was just perfect! Plus we had the added flexibility of being able to book any duration for our stay (rather than being limited booking direct with holidays sites themselves). It’s literally on the door step of the beach and seconds away from all of the site’s facilities - it really was wonderful. We had some lovely, friendly communication with the owners beforehand. Instructions on arrival, getting the key and an abundance of information about the caravan, the facilities and the local area were provided. Nothing seemed too much trouble! The caravan was really clean, had loads of extras inside. The WiFi was such a great addition too! The location of the site is very close to Eastbourne where there’s so much for the whole family. Nearby Hastings is also worth a trip! A few minutes away is Sovereign Harbour which is a must - full of restaurants, bars and amazing views of the boats. We can’t wait to visit again!

The accommodation was very spacious, open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and three bedrooms, one en suite. The beds were very comfortable. It was very tastefully furnished with lots of finishing touches. Toiletries were provided and the towels were of good quality (Dunelms). The conservatory was bright, warm and relaxing. with an outside seating area. The driveway was large enough to park two cars. The Beach was only 5 minutes away by foot. The Hostess was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. I would rank this as our best ever self-catering holiday.

Nice room and reasonably clean room with a view. They give out breakfast bags with croissants, juice, etc. This was a nice alternative to make up for the fact that they don't serve breakfast – we had ours on the beach outside :)

Eating out wise, we visited The Holiday Inn for fish and chip's..The Best 👌 in Eastbourne. Have been there before and would highly recommend. We also ate in the Rose and Crown in Eastbourne, lovely cosy pub (especially this time of year) All Christmas Decorations were up which made such a lovely Atmosphere. We had the Home made Chicken Curry...Delicious! Nice Friendly hosts too.👍

Visited Pevensey castle grounds but not the castle this time as we have visited previously. Visited the museum at Pevensey. Visited Eastbourne and walked about and ate in Marks. Ate at a cafe in Pevensey Bay where they prepare takeaway as well as a sit down meal or snack. Used the local supermarket in Pevensey Bay.

I visited Pevensey Bay, which is a small town.

I visited Pevensey Bay, which is a small town. Everything is easily accessible by walking due to its size. There is a long beach, with lovely views of the surrounding area. There's a parade of local shops, with at least a couple of cafes, takeaways and an Italian restaurant. There are also pubs which sell food and sometimes have live entertainment, one of which is a beach bar. It is only a 15 minute drive to Eastbourne, if you would like a larger town with more to do and more facilities during your stay. There is also a regular bus service during the day. I think it's worth mentioning Pevensey itself has a castle, although I haven't visited it personally, and some surrounding countryside. Pevensey Bay is very friendly, and great if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Perfect beach in the summer, close to the Bay Hotel and Aqua Bar who serve the best fish and chips (freshly caught cod every day). The nearby Happy Dragon Chinese restaurant offers a huge choice of food, buffet style but served fresh and hot to your table.

Well equipped caravan with comfortable beds. A decking area runs along the whole length and the back of the caravan giving plenty of options to sit outside. Very close to the beach and only a short walk along the beach to Pevensey Bay and a short drive from large supermarkets and Eastbourne town centre.
