Great cabin, well equipped with everything you’d need. Great use of a small space and very cosy even on an autumn night. Great view to wake up to in the morning. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming. Would recommend.

Outstanding Hotel. I couldn’t fault the service or facilities. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Rooms are excellent, and well cleaned each day; with just those little extra touches many hotels forget. We will definitely be staying again.

Excellent stay, the dinner was really good but very expensive. The room was big and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck and the very cosy shared living room! It's a peaceful hotel to stay at during your visit on Skye.

The location is also an excellent base if you have access to...

The location is also an excellent base if you have access to your own car and want to explore all parts of the island. Me and my best friend Mike set out to do a proper photo trip and document the island - and it exceeded our expectations in several ways. Then it should be added that we were incredibly lucky with the weather as well, which not least gave the feeling of a magnificent holiday!

We took an amazing long walk to Carbost (Talisker...

We took an amazing long walk to Carbost (Talisker Distillery, Old Inn), then up over the hills to the Talisker Bay Beach (unimaginable scenery), lastly back to Port na Long via Fiskavaig. Dun Ardtreck is also worth a visit (incredible views). Further daytrips than the aforementioned may require a car.
