The room was homey, and comfortable, had the basics that you need for a short trip. Bar staff were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful for any requests I had. Katie, who is the director of the pub, was extremely welcoming and fun to chat with. Overall a great experience and will be booking again! :)

Lovely family house, situated in a quiet area close to the train station. Very comfy bad and separate bathroom and shower. Liz and Patrick are great hosts, we had very nice conversations and they gave us recommendations for our stay in the UK. Cleanliness 10/10. We‘ll definitely come back again one day :)

It is so convenient to be able to get a good night's sleep and then walk 1 minute to check in for your flight. Check in is super quick. The bed is the most comfortable bed I stayed in on my trip to London. There's also the convenience of having restaurants, M&S, Boots, and WH Smiths with in one minute walk.

I had requested an early check in and they were able to do that for me. I also requested a late check out which they were able to do for me, both at no extra charge, i really appreciated that. They have a shuttle that runs 24 hrs a day between Gatwick Airport and the Hotel and it goes every 20 minutes. I believe they are adding on extra buses now so it will run even more often during busier parts of the day...cost is good 4.50 BPS per person. versus the 40.00 cdn i paid for a taxi one way to get there in the first place this is fantastic. i definitely recommend this hotel.

Reigate is lovely. Priory Park is beautiful. There are some lovely restaurants in Reigate and some wonderful historic buildings. I probably wouldn't choose to stay at the Bridge House Hotel again but we have enjoyed Reigate.

We used to reside in Reigate until 4yrs ago when we moved away to be beside the sea. Reigate is a lovely place with lots of history. It has great commuter lines with trains & buses or by car. Lovely parks. Excellent shops, restaurants, bars & cafes.

Nothing any good at the hotel but the town was very pleasant. Room carpet was filthy. There was no bin to put waste in and we asked for one but nothing ever came. Window was filthy and had not been cleaned for months. We understand the hotel had just been taken over. We were told there was no chef when we arrived at the restaurant but the had a short menu who cooked it we do not know but it was very poor. We had Eggs and supposedly hand carved ham and something else which I cannot remember. It was cold and we left most of it. There was no breakfast in the morning and we could not get out of their fast enough the following morning. We had paid by voucher which was dearer thane originally booked and then they presented us with an invoice for £80 odd. You asked about having a television there was one but only BBC 1 and 2 worked. I wrote a review of another hotel I stayed in the week before in Wigan and that was bad and you said you would not publish it. If you do not publish this one I am likely to take further action. The room, hotel and staff were excellent and I would recommend to others. However, a big negative was that breakfast did not being until 10.00am and my family needed to be on the road to drive down to Devon the following day. This meant that they had to get something from a service station en route. Had we known, they could at least have got something from the town the day before checking in.

Plenty of parking and a quiet location. We ate dinner in the hotel on the first night and the food was lovely and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for more and if we come back to the area in the future we would definitely book with you again.

Lovely functional property. All very clean and perfectly serviceable for our short stay… we were very grateful at having our last minute booking accepted as our bnb reservation elsewhere in Reigate was cancelled on our day of arrival!!!

Great location - convenient for the station and walking into Reigate centre. Staff were friendly. Room a good size. Had a TV and kettle in the room too. Pub downstairs seemed nice.
