Fantastic cabin in a really good location. Booked for a trip to the Snowdome and couldn't have been easier to get there and back. Log burner already on when we arrived and a very friendly welcome. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel and location, lovely comfortable and relaxing furnishings and seating. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Room bathroom was dated with poor shower. Not enough catering choice for bitter beer drinkers which was disappointing.

Waste of time to stay - go for the day to play golf but do not stay hotel was grubby - too busy and service was very poor. We wont ever ben returning. Our friends are big golfers and I will recommend the same to them to not waste their time staying there. would rather stay at a premier inn and know what I am getting for my money.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay after an early flight into Birmingham. Host was friendly and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean and beds are so comfy with soft bed linen that smelt beautiful, didn’t want to get out of bed. We would definitely stay again when visiting Sutton Coldfield

We had travelled from Wales to Sutton - our home town.

We had travelled from Wales to Sutton - our home town. Sutton town centre itself has gone down the pan so much it was not good to see. If you are looking to go shopping there is not very much shop wise that is worth going to. We won't be back sadly. If you want a good meal it is worth going to Boldmere just outside Sutton where there are plenty of eateries of all kinds. We would highly recommend the Shaban for absolutely excellent Indian food and service. Sutton Park was still a lovely place to go for a coffee and long walk at Bracebridge.

Sutton is a lovely town with its beautiful park complete...

Sutton is a lovely town with its beautiful park complete with wild ponies. There are some great restaurants in town and plenty of historically interesting sites, especially for Tudor period history buffs. It’s also close to Birmingham city centre which is easy to get to via the trainline

Our visit was purely to attend a family wedding, the wedding was fantastic and the couple did seem happy with the hotels assistance. The facilities for us as only used briefly were good, all staff interactions were good.

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were comfortable and clean, although there does need to be some serious money spent to bring the hotel up to date. The decor is extremely dated and tired, our room had net curtains that were holey and frayed, everything looked like it hadnt been touched since the 1980s Laura Ashley days. We enjoyed our stay and slept well. I would stay again, it's such a shame that no one seems to want to invest in the upkeep because the staff put their time into to giving great service.

Communication was brilliant. Everything is explained up front. Very clean room and kitchenette. Everything needed was available. Easy to find with the directions given. Lots of very close places to eat, drink, and be merry! Close to lots of tourist attractions. We'll be staying in Sutton Coldfield a lot of times in the future, and my husband and myself are both hoping that we'll be able to book here every time.

Excellent value. Great location for the train station and town centre. The hotel is above the pub but you can’t hear noise on weekday nights. In room coffee station was the best stocked I’ve ever seen. Even had takeaway cups! Show was goo. Lots of towels for one person also. I will definitely stay here again.
