The bed was comfy, the room spacious and the toilet even has a bidet which is great. The room, the restaurant and every passage was SUPER clean. Apart from that, the owners, M and L are beyond amicable, gentle and warm. We came in as strangers and we left feeling as I went to visit my far family which is a very particular feeling. We even got a wine cellar tour by L and enjoyed some lovely chacha and rakija. Finally, the breakfast that we received was amazing. And the hosts made sure to make us feel welcome, talked to us, cared about our perception of the stay and so on. Would return anytime ☺️ To future guests- booking shows you the wrong address which will take you through a random road leading to nowhere. Do yourself a favor and write the name of the hotel in google maps :)

The hotel has a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the mountains – and as a thoughtful detail, the beds were positioned so you could wake up to the view directly from the window. The room was spacious, clean, and furnished with great attention to comfort. The food was one of the highlights – the breakfast and the delicious local dishes tasted amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they helped us arrange a guided tour to Vardzia, Rabati, and Khertvisi Fortress, which is a memorable experience. Everything worked perfectly. A particularly nice touch was that we were allowed to choose our room upon arrival and even received a bottle of wine when we checked out – such great hospitality!

Very nice and cozy hotel with lovely staff! Provided detailed information concerning our arrival and stayed in touch. Upon arrival, we were presented a jar of house wine! Very cozy terrace on the top floor, which is open 24 hours!

The hotel managers were really kind, and they took into account the fact that we were vegan really well, making sure we had a lot of options for breakfast. There is a little gym and a swimming pool, and an amazing view on the mountains, Borjomi and a ruined fortress, including from our balcony. The marshrutkas traveling between Tbilissi and Akhaltsikhe stop nearly right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
