However, what truly made our stay special was the presence of farm animals on the property, including pigs, cows, and sheep. Children were overjoyed to have the chance to interact with these animals, feeding them, petting them, and learning about farm life firsthand. It was a heartwarming experience that brought smiles to their faces and created cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Despite the language barrier, the host's warm hospitality and dedication to providing a memorable experience for her guests were evident throughout our stay. Her efforts to ensure the happiness and comfort of both adults and children alike were truly commendable. Overall, my experience at Tiny Houses Genacvale was nothing short of magical. Guest House Balda is wonderful and one of the reasons I come to Georgia. It is about genuine hospitality and a sense of family. The restaurant is superb and the bedroom was super comfortable. You can go horse riding and get advice about hiking. Just go there and enjoy being in Georgia!

Of all the cottages we stayed in, this was the most spacious — featuring a large living area and roomy bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to five people. It was really amazing place to stay. And the view around is just fabulous! The house is very clean, new, it has everything you need. The owner met us, was very friendly, showed us everything. The car could be parked right on the house's property. We really liked that there were no houses or other chalets opposite the house, there was only nature, you could have breakfast on the veranda and admire the mountains. The road nearby is almost invisible, you can hear cars passing by sometimes, but it was not very distracting. Martvili Canyon is 5 minutes away by car. We definitely recommend this property.

The boat trip is about 10mins only - quite short, but it was...

The boat trip is about 10mins only - quite short, but it was perfect with our toddler. It’s a gorgeous view of the canyon and you can go for the hiking trial after, which is absolutely stunning and definitely can’t be skipped !
