Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. Awesome small hotel, just a short walk from the city centre. Easy check-in, super stylish, and the common area is perfect for chilling, working or hanging out. The natural wine bar is a nice touch too - we had a delicious pet nat for the road. Highly recommend it!

Excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere — the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's a spacious shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need (pots, plates, mugs, wine glasses, etc.). Rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious, with balconies. This stay was truly one of the highlights of my week-long trip to Georgia. The care we received was unmatched - from the warm welcome and the tour of the property (along with the family’s story) to the incredible breakfast. We even got to buy souvenirs at their home: their own wine and chacha, made from fruit grown in their garden! The room and bed were very comfortable, with enough space for all our belongings. The details of the home were wonderful - the parquet floors, wooden doors, and furniture gave it a lot of charm. Everything was well-organized and clean. There’s parking available on the property, and the city is just a short walk down the hill. We also visited Sisters restaurant, which was a hit (make sure to book in advance, as it fills up quickly!). Will definitely be coming back here, when in Kutaisi.

Giorgy is a great host! He speaks English, Russian, German. He is very helpful and kind. As soon as we arrived he treated us with some fresh tangerines from his trees. He also gave us tea and some tea sachets for the rest of our accommodation. The room is really huge and very clean. It has everything we needed:air conditioner, hot water (always), a refrigerator, a kettle, a hair dryer, a soap despenser, shampoo, extra pillows and blankets, a big balcony, and even wine glasses and a corkscrew. It is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood just 8 minintes walking from the central Kolhid fountain. We stayed there for 3 nights. Giorgy helped us with everything.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel – we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially with our child. They truly went above and beyond, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. We’ve been traveling around Georgia for a week, and this has definitely been the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Also, the breakfast was the best of the whole trip – delicious, varied, and made with quality ingredients. The facilities are exceptional: everything is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
