This is a touristic part of Crete, with a very clean beach and many similar hotels. It is practical to reach all the touristic targets that are near Heraklion. 25 minutes from the airport by car, but you do not hear the planes. Many restaurants, bars, and shops are in the neighborhood. The hotel rooms are of solid quality, practical and clean. View on the sea is beautiful. The hotel is on the sandy beach, you do not need to walk, very practcla for a family with small children. Private pool and baby pool are also available. We were a family of five, the last guests at the end of the season (end of October), and the owners did their best to provide us full service. They gave us a different breakfast every morning, and we did not have to feel that they were staying only for us. Owners are also very friendly and helpful.

Villa Iokasti is a great choice to stay in Koutouloufari . The host and the staff are very kind and helpful. They made us feel like at home. Inside the room we had everything for comfortable staying. The room was spotless. The area near the pool is very nice with a great view of the sea. The service was also good. I will definitely recommend this accommodation for my family and friends. We stay only one week-end and we regrete not stay more days. We had a suite with a privat(commune) pool. Our suite was very clean and beautiful, the staff was very nice and available every time we need. Thanks to everybody for making our stay so good. Thé hôtel is close to a charming village, we enjoy everything. I recomand this hotel!

Our stay at Filia Luxury Suites was absolutely amazing. The residence is brand new, truly luxurious and spacious. There’s air conditioning in both rooms, and a huge terrace with a nice view of the garden with clementine and mandarin trees. You’ll find a kettle, a mini fridge, Nescafé, shower with shampoo and a hairdryer – even cotton pads, swabs, and tissues are provided. Bright white towels, beach towels, and slippers were prepared on our bed upon arrival. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable – we had a great night’s sleep every night. Cleaning, bed linen, and towel changes were done daily, which made our stay extra comfortable. The closest beach is cca. 500 metres, with sandy beach and water sports. Other bays are near by too. Every evening, Mr. Jorgos, the owner of the property and the chef, treated us to wonderful meals – a real highlight of our trip. Mr. Jorgos, Mrs. Argira, and Ms. Filia are the best hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. We had an unforgettable week and can’t wait to return as soon as possible!
