Beautiful property managed by a lovely family. The property and rooms are lovingly designed with such care and love. The rooms are comfortable with the most amazing beds. Best sleep while in Greece! Plenty of power sockets in the rooms. The rooms are so clean. The owners clean and maintain the property daily. We had breakfast one day and it was delicious. Highly recommended to start the day and better value than any restaurant at the port. Home made products, great coffee and juice. The beach is walking distance. Parking is available onsite

Just everything. The kindness and attention we received even before we arrived (the staff made sure we were aware of an ongoing ferry strike), the welcome drinks and ice creams, the more than generous breakfast delivered to our room, the stunning view and terrace, the comfortable bed and beautiful design inside the room - simply everything was perfect! We had a wonderful time and can definitely recommend staying here.

The facilities with great and simple Greek style design. The amazing views from the terrace, from every window you open and especially from the roof. The amazing roof equipped with everything you need to relax, including a gorgeous small pool. But on top of all of that, amazing owners who did everything that they could to make our stay perfect. Panagiotis was more than the hotel owner he became a friend, helping us with everything we needed. He has amazing knowledge about history and a great partner for a good conversation. The location in the middle of one of the most beautiful villages in Tinos is a bonus as well. And last, Perivoli = a culinary jewl in the heart of kardiani 2 minute walk from the hotel that can easily be named the best tavern in Tinos and one of the best in Greece

We really liked the fact that they cleaned the flat every...

We really liked the fact that they cleaned the flat every two days. Returning from the beach with sandy feet and wet swim wear can make a mess! Bedsheets and towels also new every two days which originally though would be too much but proved to be nice! Kionia is a peaceful area with a mini market and taverns-restaurants that are not crowded. No bars and clubs around. Perfect for relaxation. Mrs Tatiana and Mr Manthos are super warm and helpful. There were guests that had a dog…animal friendly place!The flat had all we wanted and more…we’ll definitely revisit in Tinos!

Great location with easy link to town by bus. Nice beach and local taverns which served lovely food at reasonable prices Easy walking to town if walking preferred (level 30 min walk) along beside the ocean

It is a quiet place ideal for families like I went with mine. Very close to the town of Tinos. The restaurant next door has good food and affordable prices. If our Virgin Mary deserves me and I go again, I will book there again.

We especially liked our accommodations.

We especially liked our accommodations. Kiona itself was less interesting. There were only a few tavernas, the beach wasn't to our liking, and there were no other facilities. Walking to Chora wasn't an option for us because the road didn't feel safe.

Excellent location, away from the noise of Tinos town yet very close; the large beach is great for families with children. The numerous tavernas along the seafront are a bonus.

It was a beautiful apartment exactly next to the beach. It is not in Tinos town so you probably have to rent a car if you dont want to walk 30 plus minutes, but we knew this before going. The owner was waiting for us to give the keys. You can find multiple restaurants there so you dont have to go to Tinos.

The hotel is located in Kionia, about 10–15 minutes from Chora. The location is ideal if you prefer a quieter place to stay but still want to be close to the center and port, with calm, pleasant beaches nearby. The staff were exceptionally kind, very friendly, and always ready to help.
