Ok guys, so get ready for this! In so many years of traveling for holiday and same for greek islands, never have we had such a good time before. The area and little town are like in the good old movies, the villa is amazing, the view is truthfully dreamy, but the best part was the feeling like at home, and also the owners, who are such sweet people. We loved loved loved everything about it! As a treat, we can tell you that for our morning orange and lemon juice, we took the fruits straight from the garden. The rest is for you to find out. Also, the peace and quite ... there was nothing better! Except for the food 😁😁 To the owners, Vlad and Ioana wish you all the best, always, and we hope to get to see you again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The standout feature was the exceptional service provided by Angelica at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information in a clear and concise manner. The bedding was also remarkable, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom and shower were also very impressive, providing a clean and refreshing experience. The breakfast provided was plentiful and satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The excellent service provided by Angelica and the comfortable amenities, including the bedding and bathroom facilities, make this hotel a great choice for any traveler.

A Boutique Paradise – Contessina Suites & Spa, Zakynthos Our stay at Contessina Suites & Spa was absolutely unforgettable – truly one of the best boutique hotels we’ve ever experienced. From the very beginning, we felt the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, thanks especially to the incredibly kind and attentive staff. We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a private pool and were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and a fresh fruit platter. At the end of our stay, we were even gifted a bottle of Contessina’s own olive oil – such a thoughtful gesture that made our departure bittersweet. Breakfast was a daily delight – fresh, varied, and always served with a smile. Every morning felt like a warm embrace. The on-site gym is small but modern, and for those wanting more space or equipment, the large and well-equipped gym at the sister hotel is just perfect. Highly recommended! This hotel combines luxury, soul, and genuine hospitality. We’ll be dreaming of Contessina for a long time to come.

Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Exceptional room. Breathtaking views. The staff of restaurants and pool are amazing at what they do. Not only professional but very cheerful as well. Cozy boutique hotel, located near to Tsivili village, near to the beach. Peaceful place. Spacious modern rooms, wide range of acitivities (yoga,gym,spa, massages). The highlight for me was their heated pool. Delicious a la carte dinner (you can choose between 3 restaurants), friendly stuff (Mavra, Vicky, Athanasia at the front desk, the Hotel Manager, guys at the pool bar, our cleaning lady Svitlanka…everyone was so nice to us and made our stay enjoyable). Would come back anytime!

    Calm and very nice area.

    Calm and very nice area. Close to the sea, perfect for relaxation, away from the crowds. The only thing i do not like, but this is not related to this specific area, are the roads. The roads can be very bad, and if you navigate using google maps or waze, you'll definitely end up on narrow roads.

    There is a lovely restaurant at the end of the Main Street...

    There is a lovely restaurant at the end of the Main Street in Amouda - the Grill house, which overlooks the sea where you can enjoy delicious food including traditional Greek dishes. Accommodation closer walk to shops may have been a more enjoyable stay. We did enjoy boat tours

    It’s way more beautiful than Zakhyntos.

    It’s way more beautiful than Zakhyntos. If you can, stay in Kipseli - much more quiet, the nature is gorgeous, way less tourists and more culture. Zakhyntos is about 20 minutes by taxi, it’s worth staying in Kipseli still. The beach is way less crowded, the restaurants are lovely and hidden treasures.

    Less frequent area with only few restaurant options nearby. Also, the nicer beaches are a bit further away. If you come here you may get a decent hotel for somewhat lover price but you need to travel a bit more for reaching the best places on the island. I feel like this is a nice deal.

    Kipseli is beautiful - good mix of untouched nature and urban development. With shops, restaurants and nightlife nearby but equally within a driving distance to so many beautiful diving, swimming or hiking spots.

    A peaceful side to the island away from the bustle of...

    A peaceful side to the island away from the bustle of Laganas with lovely coves and small beaches. Not the big lengths of sand on the south of the island but far more laid back, The roads can be very narrow and a real maze but solvable with a good mapping app! worth persevereing as there are some really good restaraunts in the hills away from the coast not ably in Ano Gerakari.

    A beautiful hotel and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for beaches to visit, even giving recommendations for our onwards trip to Athens. The food was amazing, they offered lots of traditional Greek options. The pool area was lovely with lots of sunbeds. The room was really spacious and clean with a lovely view from the balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel

    The hotel has its own beach space and our room had beautiful views out to sea. The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily and you get fresh towels. I would suggest hiring a car or a firm of transportation, as the hotel isn’t located near many shops or restaurants and the mini market onsite is expensive.
