These 4 days were an absolute dream. The space was clean, modern, luxurious, and yet homely & comfortable. Very spacious and great value for money. I loved its location, close to everything and very walkable! Special highlight to the staff, who really made it extra delightful for me. Anna, thank you for your warmth and welcome! An excellent impression of the room at this hotel! The room turned out to be wonderful - spacious, clean, and with a beautiful interior that created a pleasant atmosphere. I would especially like to mention the friendly staff, who were always ready to help with any questions. A big thank you to them for their care and hospitality. Despite this, there are some small aspects that could be improved. For instance, the pot with a plant on the balcony was found broken, and the second pot was completely dried out. Considering the overall beauty of the room, such minor issues could certainly be addressed. Overall, the stay left a positive impression. If these minor shortcomings were rectified, the room would truly be perfect. Nevertheless, the experience of staying at this hotel was delightful, largely due to the responsive and friendly staff.

We loved the location of the Galaxy Hotel, the coffee machine in our room, the morning breakfast buffet, the comfortable bed, the gym, the pool area and the staff. Our room was small but everything was perfect. Our rental car was secure in the gated parking area, plus we were only 10 minutes from the Iraklio Airport for our early morning flight.

This was the best stay I have ever had in Irakleio. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted by a charming gentleman, informing us on all the details. When we got into our room, I was amazed that we had paid so little for so much. Beautifully decorated, clean, perfect matress and pillows. Our friends had a room next to us, which was different, and equally beautiful. In the evening we walked to the centre which was so close. The breakfast was superb! Highly recommended. On the 5th floor there is also a roof garden, also well designed where I could enjoy my cigarette, with a fabulous view. I wish I could have stayed and slept there for much much longer! I rested well in the large comfortable bed. Well done to Kastro. You are brilliant!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. A big part of that was thanks to the owner, Sanela, who truly takes care of her guests with heart. Her approach was exceptionally friendly and attentive – she really made an effort to create a homely and relaxed atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the room stocked with complimentary drinks, including a bottle of wine. Even more heartwarming was the touch of trust – at the reception, there was another fridge with drinks priced almost like in a shop, where guests could take what they wanted and simply pay at the end of their stay. This simple concept added a very human and friendly touch to the whole experience. The entire staff we met was smiling, kind, and helpful. The rooms were tastefully furnished and absolutely spotless. The pool was clean, refreshing, and large enough to swim a few laps. We also appreciated the practical extras – such as beach towels and an umbrella provided for guests. Although the accommodation is not directly on the beach, it’s within comfortable walking distance, and the area is peaceful at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if we return to Crete, we would choose the same accommodation without hesitation. Thank you for everything, Sanela!

An amazing place located right in the center of the city, the hotel is new and clean, the staff is very kind and the service is amazing, especially Katrina! Location was right in the town so easy access to shops and tavernas. I was there in winter so not everything open but what facilities were available to me, were excellent. The room was very comfortable in a small but attractive courtyard.
