This charming house with its amazing energy is on an excellent place if you are seeking for peace and tranquility. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can really feel that it was prepared with love and care by the owners. The owners are extremely kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. The house is located in a peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and recharging, yet also a great starting point for some cycling or hiking trips in the beautiful surroundings of town Buzet. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat with the option for active days in the surroundings along with some gastronomic highlights nearby. It is definitely the place I would love to return to and therefore highly recommended!

We visited Buzet around 5pm in late July and it was...

We visited Buzet around 5pm in late July and it was extremely quiet and a bit underwhelming with only 2 cafes open. Nearby towns are more lively and beautiful. However it is supposed to be buzzing in autumn for truffle season.

Very nice town, lovely locals, food and local distillery products and tryouts of various drinks cocktails. We called the town of truffles as here it is plenty of them and you can taste even beer with truffles, cookies, salt, cheese, butter, oil, etc. Everything can be tryout with a flavor of truffle.

We only stayed near Buzet (in Vrh) for 2 nights and it was...

We only stayed near Buzet (in Vrh) for 2 nights and it was the perfect length. We relaxed at the pool on our property, and did a truffle hunting tour/experience which was the reason for our visit and it was fantastic. The food was amazing in this region.

Buzet is very suitable for sightseeing and excursions in northern Istria, especially in the off-season. Currently, it is not recommended for journeys through the Ucka tunnel due to massive construction disruptions; do not rely on the CPS (Central Tourist Board)!

A charming little town with a beautiful old town perched on a hill. Fantastic views. We were there because we've visited the AURA distillery several times. A definite must-visit – great atmosphere, delicious liqueurs, brandies, schnapps, etc. We'll be back to shop, as we love the Teranino!

Buzet is a beautiful village, near Hum, the smallest city in the world, the trail of the 7 waterfalls, the renowned distillery, many shops selling truffles. Many trails for Mb and breathtaking panoramic views of the valley.
