Location is great, quiet and beautiful and close to park entrances. Good facilities and parking on site. Confortable room, clean and good space. Roza is such a nice host, kind and talkative despite not speaking much english. We had dinner on of the nights and the food was amazing, fresh and organic food, homemade grandma style. Overall great value

The place is very clean and lit is ocated in a very quiet area and yet close to the supermarket and restaurants , bus stops which serve Zagreb and Zadar, and it is only 15 minutes away from the Entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes. The host were quite helpful and gave us useful information regarding restaurants in the area etc. They only serve breakfast which unfortunately we could not try since we had to leave quite early but during our early check -out, the host handed us a complimentary lunch packet to go on our way to Zagreb.

We had a great stop in this cozy apartment. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Host was very friendly and helpful, provided us with all information needed. The apartments are very close to Plitvica National Park Entrance 2 (a few min) and not far away from Entrance 1 (~9min if park car in right side of the road and cross pedestrian crossing, otherwise google maps suggests to make longer trip to park at the same side as entrance). I highly recommend these apartments, would definitely consider them to take another time.

A unique park with a series of interconnecting lakes and numerous waterfalls. It is an incredibly beautiful place. There are walkways between the lakes, sometimes of wood (over water) and sometimes of dirt and stone. The wood walkways are not wide and if crowded it can be difficult to pass. But the walkways allow the visitor to experience the beauty and uniqueness of the waterfalls and lakes. Our hike, which included stopping for photos, lasted 2 hours, and we selected a short trail. We could easily have spent a full day at the Park. There were four of us and we agreed that we had never seen a place like Plitvice.

The only negative was the Property description, indicating that the lakes are a 15 minute walk from the Villa. This should read that it is a 15 minutes walk to the entrance of the woods, after which there is about a 2km walk to Plitvice Lake Entrance 2 where you buy your tickets!

The Plitvice Lakes National Park is an amazing natural wonder. We walked part of the E route and all of the F route. We accessed this from Entrance #2. Each route was very well signed. We highly recommend making a full day stop here and staying at a B&B close by.

The waterfalls were amazing.

The waterfalls were amazing. The color of the lake water was so clear, looked like glass. Rustiic boardwalks next to waterfalls added to the experience. Path markings made it easy to to find way around park.

Everything was very nice - moderately priced, friendly staff, comfortable room and good food. The only negative was the shower - water pressure was extremely fluctuating and the hot water came and went very frequently in the time it took to take my shower.

Bora, our host was so lovely and welcoming. We had a separate entrance away from their private residence to our lovely room with a little balcony. I feel it is unfair to compare these lovely homes to usual hotels rooms/ stays. We were welcomed into Bora's home, and it felt like visiting a member of the family. It was cosy, clean, and comfortable, and Bora was close by to ask for anything we needed and to chat about life in Croatia . It was a very special experience.

Great location, able to walk to entrance 2 for Plitvice Lakes NP which was essential for us as we are travelling without a car. Well appointed, particularly welcome was the washing machine & tumble dryer as this stay was between 2 city stays in hotels! Easy access instructions with photos provided by owners - really helpful. Little local supermarket had everything we needed for simple self catering. Good communication from owners before & during stay.
