Szeged is a great place.
Szeged is a great place. Lovely old buildings, the river, the bars and restaurants are great and generally its cultural activities are also very good. The location as such was chosen by us precisely for those reasons. Our mishaps at the hotel were not the town's fault. We ate dinner at the John Bull, which has fantastic food and excellent beers and wines. The service was great there and it was at walking distance from our hotel. Local transport is great. Szeged is a very beautiful Hungarian city. Full of statues and fine old buildings. Hotels, bars and restaurants. You can see so many things in Szeged. Szeged is a beautiful town, people are very friendly and they are easy to communicate with. The town is full of green areas and sculptures and there are many coffee shops and restaurants with great food. There's not much to say about the city. It's one of those I'd love to live in. I'm amazed by its greenery, architecture, and many amenities that make life more comfortable for its citizens. Szeged is a lovely town along the Tisza River.
Szeged is a lovely town along the Tisza River. There is a great path along the river perfect for walking and riding a bike. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and a lively cafe scene. One of my favorites was Szeged Bagel-- best bagels outside of New York!Guest review byJTUnited States

Very clean comfortable room, soft nice bed. Very close to the Tisza river and a nice park in the direct surroundings and indeed very quiet. Trolleybus 5 stop just in front of the hotel. Both trolleybusses connect directly to the busstation where there are busses to Szabadka/Subotica, Romania and many places in Hungary.
