The hotel is located in Terminal 3 which means you never have to leave the airport to get there (but if you're in another terminal, you can take the Skytrain which is free and only takes a few minutes). The room was very clean and comfortable and there is a restaurant with some great food! The check-in process was easy and the staff are very friendly. You can also check out a couple of hours late with some additional cost, which was perfect considering my flight was late in the evening. Would definitely recommend it!

We used the hotel only for 1 night to transfer from Jakarta to the Flores island. We flew to the international terminal from Europe. The hotel is located at the adjacent terminal for domestic flights. Transfer between the terminals is possible by roller or taxi. We used a taxi. The hotel has a fantastic location. A few steps from the terminal for domestic flights. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very tasty breakfast, also a selection from the European diet. Everything about the hotel was fabuluos. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Room was super clean and well maintained. Even the bathtubs were comfortable. I really enjoyed staying here.
