    I had a great experience in Lagoi overall. The hotel was very nice—clean, comfortable, and relaxing. No complaints at all about the hotel or the beach; both were beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for a peaceful getaway. However, the shopping and dining options within Lagoi were quite limited. It would have been nice to have more variety in restaurants and shops to explore. Also, transportation to go outside of Lagoi was quite expensive, which made it a bit challenging to get around or experience more of the area beyond the resort zone. Still, if you're looking for a quiet, beachside escape with a great place to stay, Lagoi is a solid choice.

    Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and professional even went for extra miles. Food wise got room for improvements, room tv was big but not enough channels wish they had Netflix. Beach was windy, morning breeze was really great but there’s quite a lot of trash so it’s dangerous to walk in barefoot.

    Staff in Natra Bintan is extremely friendly with excellence service. This is my 2nd visit and it's still warm my heart! My family enjoyed the entire stay and we won't hesitate to visit again! The Best Hospitality and Friendly Award goes to Mr Agus and Mr Eki, they both demonstrated excellence service and their sunshine smile and attentiveness is truly amazing! And they both have made my TWO visits extremely memorable, THANK YOU!

    The room overlooks the swimming pool, offering a splendid sea view. The restaurant's food is delightful, with courteous and attentive serving staff. The hotel's amenities are modern, pristine, and extremely comfortable. We adore the expansive, high-ceilinged, and breezy open-concept lobby. Our three-night stay was outstanding.

    We visited the Bintan Brother Seafood stall on our trip for some delicious seafood. Our resort driver recommended trying the Gong Gong, a kind of seashells, which are unique to Bintan and Batam Islands. We also enjoyed crab and fish, all freshly cooked and served. The prices were very reasonable. The blue lake at the Sand Dunes was picturesque, and the fireflies tour at night was an amazing experience that allowed us to learn about nature. For our next visit, we will stay longer to explore the island, avoid Singapore public holidays and explore other beach resorts as well.

    We stayed at Kamuela Villa and it's truly a great place. It's about 10 minute ride from the ferry terminal but you'll need transportation to get around because the villa isn't really in a city area. With the in-house transport provider (taxi operator with set prices for the places you want to go), you can get the driver to bring you around the place, even to as far as Tanjong Pinang.

    Convenient and timely location from the ferry to the hotel. Transition was easy as the team whisked us quickly into a car. team assisted with internal transfer to golf and the beach/pool was everything my 4 YO needed. Breakfast was abundant and outstanding - only suggestion is to double down on the local food more as what was there was awesome. kids club and proximity to gold was epic!

    Direct Access to beach, hotel provides beach towels and beach baskets in our room to make it seamless to enjoy beach activites. Room is clean has compact kitchen that is well equippped. Service is excellent. Andi is most helpful with our transport arrangement and booking of restaurants outside the resort as the hotel tax stand counter was closed for the day.

    This is a special place, not simply a hotel. The "feel" is a bit like that of being a cruise ship, but it's on land in a grandiose former "lady of the sea." One of the highighlights for me and my family was the informative ship tour.
