I love the room! I love the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I didn't get to try the breakfast because i was dead drunk and couldn't wake up in time. I hope they have bigger rooms to cater family or group of friends. Connecting rooms perhaps. Thank you for the room setup too! 14Oct22 till 16oct22

From the moment I reached Pasific Hotel the staff welcomed me with ondeh-ondeh kuih and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed. No doubt, I got a total of 5-star experience at here, The luxurious accommodations, cruise surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation. Overall, I had a great experience from all the staff here very friendly, was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, and clean The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will come back again this hotel.     all the basic necessities need a revamp from toiletries, smelly towels ... old pillows stained bedsheets with pungent smell, toilet was not properly clean with stained n mold, they only issued 1 key card per room when there’s two adults in a room.

    Hotel area is very convenient , just walk distance to the mall Dirty bathroom the wall with many of black mould and the sewage is terrible stink , bathroom can not close unless you use with thin coin, so the smell spread to the bed room. but the receptions did not want moved use to other rooms. instead try to clean up and poor with hot water. but the smell doesn't go away. we never come across with the filthy bathroom in any hotel before. will avoid this hotel if you plan to go to Batam.

    Hotel with potential and not too expensive. Staff: Polite and could speak decent English. Dining: Nice atmosphere with oldies music playing in the background. Food was alright, some nice, some not. Massage: Love that they have it 24/7! Though slightly more expensive as compared to external branches, however it is still overall cheaper compared other hotels and in mine country :) ~$30+ for 2 hours good massage what a steal!

    location here is great as it is just next to nagoya hill shopping center. easy for food, shopping, massage and kids entertainment like arcades and indoor playground. had a connecting room as we have a party of 4. check in was fast, staff are friendly and hotel transport to ferry terminal and other shopping malls are easily available. definitely will come back for a fourth time.
