During our recent trip to Bandung, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at The Papandayan for two nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The food was absolutely fantastic! The dining options were diverse, and each meal was a culinary delight. Whether it was the local delicacies or international dishes, the flavors were rich, and the presentation was impeccable. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, offering a wide range of options that catered to every palate. As for the amenities, they were nothing short of luxurious. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern comforts one could ask for. The pool area was pristine and inviting, offering a perfect spot for relaxation amidst the tranquil surroundings. The Papandayan exceeded all our expectations, and we left with wonderful memories of our stay. Without a doubt, we will be returning to this gem of a hotel on our next visit to Bandung. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and hospitable experience!

I love their hospitality specially Mr Fefen he upgraded my room to deluxe queen with panoramic view it was wonderful, the hotel only walk away if you'd like to do food culinary and the choice of their breakfast is quiet a lot it was a pleasant stay, thank you.

Very comfortable and luxury hotel. Location is great in the heart of Bandung. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Rooftop bar is great, we had some good cocktails. Breakfast also really good. Later checkout was also no problem.
