We appreciate that the hotel gave us connecting rooms as we requested. The room was clean, water was hot, the bed was exceptional. We didn't expect that the room view is the airport terminal, very interesting. Breakfast was OK with variety of main dish, side dish, fruits and drinks. They provide breakfast in sahoor time, which was helpful for Muslim during Ramadhan.

The airport at Jakarta (like the other airports in Indonesia) has very limited choices for food. It seems they think all travelers want coffee and pastries. We did eat at a sit down restaurant with super oily food that was way below average and high priced (for Indonesia).

Excellent entry port to Indonesia, expedited, clean, spacious (no crowds), with good services. Importantly, there are hotels inside airport, one in Terminal 3 (international) and one in Terminal 2 (domestic) for short time to check-in counters. Staff are very helpful giving directions.

We were unable to arrange a ride to the hotel through the hotel. They wanted to know where we were at the airport and there were no identifying door numbers, or curb markers to tell them. Then they wanted us to take a picture of where we were and send it to them.... There was no picture we could take that would identify exactly where we were. A huge airport, we'd never been there before, had been traveling for 24 hours and we were exhausted and overwhelmed. We finally just took a cab. The room was quiet - after the people in the hallway stopped talking loudly at 2:30 AM. The room was comfortable enough for our 18 hours there. Beds comfortable, room temperature was great.

Large room, comfy bed. Tea making facilities. Excellent shower once water had heated up. Clean and quiet. Couldn’t ask for anymore when checking in at midnight. Plus staff were very friendly and most helpful with luggage. In fact exceptional.

It's a new area city but it's also as messy as Mangga Dua.

It's a new area city but it's also as messy as Mangga Dua. Well, less messy but in the future, it will be messy too like Gajah Mada or any other place in Jakarta. Why? Because there's no zebra cross, bad pavements, more and more food stalls that occupy pedestrian streets, uncontrollable loud noises that cause a lot of nuisance around the city like live bars and such, and what makes it's worse no polices who can take care of those blaring voices and mufflers. If nobody step up and take care of this now, then congratulations, it's just like waiting for these "old habits" to grow again in this new modern area.

Very near to AEON Mall BSD City. Walking distance to Indonesia Convention & Exhibition (ICE). There’s free shuttle (from AEON Mall) to another shopping mall i.e The Breeze. I used the gym on the second day. Very well maintain. The hotel also near to few Condominium/Service Apartment…? My room is big enough - 1 queen bad + 1 sofa (which you can turn into bed). The breakfast spread was okay ( comparable for the paid price).

This is my favourite hotel around the airport. Perfect pick up and communication before was great. Very comfortable bed and I loved the huge pool, sauna and steamroom. Breakfast was wonderful and open from 4-10am. We also had food in the restaurant which was great. Staff is so friendly! Would certainly stay again!

Hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. Having read reviews that it is difficult to find the hotel, I was a bit worried but it was not difficult at all just follow the signs. Breakfast had a huge variety. They even had the most divine coconut and pandan gelato. The staff was also amazing!

Though it is a busy hotel, they responded promptly and politely to my messages about my delayed and cancelled flight. Then, the staff helped me find an ATM near the hotel and explained how to take the bus to Halim station. Extremely professional and helpful staff!
