Drogheda is much bigger than I expected.

Drogheda is much bigger than I expected. It’s very spread out and was quite congested with traffic when I was there so maybe a little difficult for driving if unfamiliar with the area. It is a very old town with lots of history and old buildings and has short distances to nearby beauty spots. Would need to spend a few days there to appreciate its character.

The place was really clean and spacious, well provisioned and in a lovely location. Beds were comfy and the facilities were spot on. Lovely views of the beech, headland and wonderful walks nearby along the coast. Our host was very responsive to our queries. I would 100% stay here again. Lovely spot to explore the local area. Great restaurants nearby in Drogheda.

Tranquil location, a short drive from Drogheda’s town centre. Beautiful super-spacious room looking onto the lush garden. Excellent breakfast, late night bar, 24 hour reception. Very helpful and friendly staff. Flexibility - obliging staff even provided tableware for our Uber Eats dinner in the hotel bar. Overall, a superb stay. Highly recommended!

Location of the hotel is very good. Not far from the city centre. Hotel is in the same building with a large shopping mall which is convenient as well. Food and service in the restaurant were ok, and so was breakfast. Not great, but fairly good. Plenty of parking next to the hotel.
