The owner/family is exceptional, going out of their way to make your stay perfect. We felt at home, the room was great, slept well. The restaurant was very good, enjoyed our breakfast.

A very warm welcome from the host’s sister who offered me a sandwich after a long journey. The house was superbly located with off road parking, a great view, the room was very quiet and comfortable with a lovely hot shower. Everything was very clean. Delicious self serve breakfast with a choice of things to eat. The host’s sister lives nearby so as a solo female traveller it was nice to know someone was on hand if needed. Also very relaxed around check out time. Really enjoyed my brief stay and it was a short onward trip to the Tarbert ferry

Didn’t get to stay. Despite pet friendly listing, on arrival, after 3 extra hours travel, was told that was not case (despite booking.com listing as such). Owner rang after we had left to offer accom with a friend of hers. Repeated to me in message following day that it was not listed as pet friendly. I sent a screenshot contradicting that statement.

Good local breakfast, the restaurant has a good menu and some of the plates i took are well cooked.Very beautiful environment. Staff is very friendly and professional. In general after a 3 night stay I leave with very good impressions. Congratulations to the staff.

We had a lovely stay. Got upgraded to an apartment which was simply fantastic. Very clean, comfortable, in the town centre. It had everything you might need. Just perfect :) And the hosts were great too!
