Everyone from staff had a nice welcoming smile which makes you feel comfortable. We had a nice time. Also, we loved the continental food selection of the restaurant. Ishan Pandey, front office associate. He was very helpful and cooperative during our stay. He made our stay very comfortable. The historic quality of the hotel was truly wonderful, as was the rooftop view of the Jama Masjid. The renovations to the Haveli are impressive; we luxuriated like princes here. Performances each evening made our trip very memorable, and the kite flying on the first evening was awesome! Many thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Himanshu and Deep, who provided excellent and professional service. This was honestly the highlight of our time in a monsoon-soaked Delhi!
