Shabir welcomed us warmly and helped us in every possible way to make our stay comfortable. The location though remote is beautiful and very relaxing. The cottages we’re comfortable and well heated. The surrounding view was fabulous. Food was very good with local items also included. Evening, we did bonfire and enjoyed the Stargazing session.We recommend everyone to stay at this resort and will be back soon.

I booked one room for 2 nights but wasn't able to arrive until the second night. I arrived on the second night with friends who also wanted to book a room there. Instead of charging for the second room, they gave it to us for free in lieu of the first nights accommodation (2 rooms for 1 night instead of 1 room for 2 nights). I was very surprised by their generosity as it was my fault that I couldn't arrive the first night. The food was also incredible. Excellent quality and the quantity was insane. It's even more impressive when considering the remotness of the hotel. By far the best accommodation I stayed at during my entire holiday throughout India and Nepal. The customer service couldn't have been better.
