The hotel is located in the heart of the city which makes it very easy to visit spots like Jammu, Banganga, Mata Vaisnodevi which is ideal for the pilgrims and travelers. The hotel is family friendly. The moment I arrived with my family I was warmly greeted by Rohit Raj, the receptionist who ensured that our stay was comfortable . His exceptional customer service truly made a difference in our stay. The room has a good mountain view that was very refreshing every morning. The room was well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. The room service was prompt and efficient and the food served was delicious it had both varieties and quality. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Additionally the hotel provides taxi services which makes it more convenient for the guests to travel around. Overall, I had a great experience staying here and would highly recommend anyone visiting Katra for pilgrimage or just to explore the area then you can definitely stay here with your family or friends.
