The best of all is how the staff would go beyond their way to make sure you are comfortable and safe. Location was a real win for us because we don't usually enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city center so this little piece of haven was absolutely perfect. If the remarkable service or location doesn't do for you, Sultan the glorious little doggy will definitely make it worth it❤️

The whole resort is beautiful. Our room was so lovely and felt like we were in a private cabin. The area is lovely and quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. It was especially nice to see the view from the breakfast room. All the staff were friendly and professional.

Very good hotel with magnificent service hotel staff very friendly. Rental bikes available very good behavior from hotel staff arranged for early check in. Good location. I liked was room and services provided by hotel staff never saw this type of good services from hotel. For a moment electricity was gone hotel arranged for hot water and started generator for us Thank you
