First time staying in hostel, wasnt sure how all works regarding shared things,information was provided yes and all read. Very happy that you still had your personal little house and toilet. Location was perfect ,stayed one night and very affordable,if needed would definetely come back.

The hotel is amazing with breathtaking views. The staff was very friendly. We love the jacuzzi, sauna, and to take a plunge in the little lake. Our staying at Glacier Lagoon Hotel was just lovely!

Small friendly guesthouse just down the road from the glacier lake, so ideal for a stop over if you're driving the south coast road/sights. We stayed over night and did an ice cave/super jeep tour the next morning - perfect. Beds nice and comfortable, plenty of free tea/coffee/juice, and the kitchen is well resourced (note - no frying though).

We traveled out east for one night and were just looking for somewhere to lay our heads for the evening. Everyone there was so friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised at how cozy the rooms felt. We arrived at night and had no clue how amazing the views were until the sun rose in the morning. Stunningly beautiful views.

The location was amazing, you could see right across to the glaciers from the cabin window. Stefan was very friendly when we met him and let us know we had a chance of seeing the northern lights! We saw them and the view from the cabin was beautiful. The bed was really comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The water was really warm for the shower and the cabin was kept toasty warm too!
