We reached this hotel in the evening, after hours on road it was our safe and comfortable place. Thanks a lot to reception guy (we forgot to ask the name), he was really nice and gave us some advises about visiting places around, also shout out to Austėja, thanks for recomendations, we saved a lot of time during next day trip to Reykavik. One more thing to mention, this hotel will stay in my memory for the all life, as the first Nothern light was captured here! Breakfast was perfect! Best regards from griup of lithuanians! 💚

The hotel was clean and tidy and the room was spacious. It's located conveniently at the town centre. The staff were polite and helpful. We got stuck in the eastern part of Iceland for a few days during a hurricane and had to move from one hotel to another in a hectic way. Herad - Berjaya was the best among the few we stayed in.

it was very clean, the hotel manager was really nice and welcoming. The hot tube was a very nice surprise we really enjoyed it and the breakfast was superb. Location was very nice in a quiet location in the woods but close enough from town.

Really nice cottage on the lake off the main road. The location is very quiet. We had an issue with the shower that I messaged the host and someone was knocking at the door to fix it within 15 minutes in the middle of a snow storm at 8:30pm so that was really amazing. There was also oil and salt & pepper we used for cooking which most places don’t provide. The man that came to fix our shower also came in the mornings to shovel the snow off the porch and make a pathway to our car. Highly recommend this place !
