Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect for exploring the stunning south coast of Iceland, offering both comfort and convenience. The team members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, with a good selection to start the day right. A truly special moment was when the staff noticed it was my birthday and surprised us during dinner with a lemon meringue tart and a candle. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more pleasant and unforgettable.

Lovely spacious bedroom and living room. Fantastically clean facilities and very warm - had to open the windows even in late November. Got to see Northern lights by just talking a few steps away from the guesthouse. Views over the lava fields is unbelievable. The waffles were a great touch.

Hotel updated our bungalows to room in hotel for free. Rooms were spacious, clean, with good bath in bathroom. Hotel located near the first road, so you can easily find it. Maxi (on the reception) was extremely nice. Breakfast includes omelet, toasts, sossages, skir, youghurt, musli, eggs, cheese. Price can be a bit high fo Iceland in general, but for this region price is reasonable.

Great place to stay in the middle of your trip on the south coast. The room seems to be newly renovated, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. The staff is great and very polite. Quiet and non busy region, there is a private parking in front of the hotel.
