Everything was really amazing in this place. From the facilities, the location down to the people. I'd like to thanks specially Filipe for being such an amazing host and going the extra mile to really make the most out of the experience in the hotel. We also had the dinner buffet that had a great variety of dishes, and all of them delicious. The location of the hotel is great for those you wish to explore the peninsula, and is very close to the beach where you can find seals, which was a really beautiful sight. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing place located at the foot of a massive mountain. Cozy interior decorated with taste. Everything is clean and tidy. If you plan to make a snack, dinner, or breakfast, you have to make shopping in advance. The next grocery is 40 km from the cottage.

Great location in that part of Iceland with a great view. Specious rooms with private bathroom and a lot parking spaces. Rooms with shared bathroom at lower price are available as well. Very good breakfast and a small bar if one wishes to enjoy his time there with some drinks.

The best thing was the dinner we had at night. Everything excelled our expectations. It was a buffet with fish with lobster sauce, lamb ribs with gravy sauce, perfectly roasted chicken, salads, potatoes, fresh baked bread and all you could eat. The cabin was cozy with a farm view and very quiet.

Very easy to find, the hotel is charming and cozy. Rooms are very warm, clean and there was a coffee maker and kettle which we found very useful. The staff was very accomodating and friendly and overall amazing. Highly recommend!

This accommodation is by far the best one we’ve stayed at our entire trip. It’s in a beautiful quiet spot and has a beautiful view of the water and mountains. The surroundings are magical when covered in snow. Deffs consider booking if you are visiting in winter. The complex is super quiet, we didn’t hear/see anyone else. I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and it passed. I hope the owner and future guests (if you’re reading this don’t be a grub) can keep the place this clean all the time. It was very much appreciated.
