Excellent quiet location, comfortable beds, clean room, great breakfast and other hotel facilities (they do have an outdoor tub, but we didn't try it, maybe next time). Also we loved the little orangery where you can sit and have a snack and glance outside at the gorgeous Icelandic scenery. Should also be great for seeing the aurora. The hotel staff is great and provide you with excellent tips for your travels (we got a great tip on where to purchase real quality wool garments, thanks again!)

It was clean and comfortable. What we liked most is the service we got when we discovered a little after midnight that we had lost the key. Within 15 minutes someone stopped by to open the door for us and was very gracious about it. We very very grateful.

The location is great. The room itself is very cozy, the bed is super comfortable. Bathroom is beautiful and well equipped and the warm shower was so nice after a cold and rainy day. There is also a radiator that heats up the room very quickly. There are a small fridge and a kettle as well. It was very peaceful, the sound isolation is great. It was a wonderful start of our journey, I would gladly come back!

The Greenhouse hotel has 7 restaurants and a bar in its food hall, Icelandic designer stores, Icecream and a local food market.

lovely hotel with a focus on sustainability, free parking outside, lots of food options inside with a food court style set up. bar was nice and staff were all excellent. room was large and very comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities.

A very comfortable hotel with all the needed facilities including, to our surprised a hot tub!! The complementary breakfast had everything we needed and was delicious, the room comfortable and clean.

It’s a perfect base for exploring the golden circle and the south coast. There is only 7 km to Hveragerdi and Selfoss, cities with a wide range of shops and restaurants.
