The hosts are very kind and the stylish house is located in a fantastic landscape. It is also possible to use a hot tub and a swimming pool. We had a great time here and I can highly recommend this place! We are coming back for sure.

Large 3 bedroom cottage with a lounge/diner/kitchen, complete with 2 sofas and a large dining room table. This is the perfect place for a stop in the Westfjords and for exploring Flateyri. Not to mention the stunning mountain views all around.We were a bit worried as other reviews said there were no sofas but that has changed now, all the cottages have them.

The property had an amazing unique design inside. It was warm and had a real coziness about it. The house had a wonderful selection of books displayed on creative bookshelf’s around the lounge, everything for everyone. Our room was beautifully designed and the bed was very comfortable. The roomy shower was superb and Stephanie our host was so friendly. We couldn’t ask for more on our 3 day stay.

This was the best guesthouse during my stay in Iceland, well located with wonderful views on the fjord from the windows of my room. Spottlessly clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast divine. Late check in was not an issue at all.
