This property is amazing, we were 3 families with 3 young children and we had one apartment each that gave us the opportunity to be independent but sharing the same big house at the same time. The house has a small beach with direct access to the lake, which is so great to go for a swim. Every apartment had all the features needed for a stay, beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The team was very responsive and check in and out very easy. There is a narrow road to get down the property, but we manage to go through it with a KIA sportage, so it’s not that narrow. We will definitely go back for a longer stay because it was just perfect.

The staff were exceptional, they are wonderfully considerate and very attentive. Many staff were also charming and genuine in their interactions with guests. The housekeeper was fantastic, what a delightful and endearing lady, like wise many of the restaurant staff added to the overall guest experience. Many of the guests had been visiting this hotel for years. All the guests we met were lovely people. There is a real loyalty towards this hotel from historic guests. We met one gentleman from Switzerland who has been visiting for 45 years. Most of the guests we met have been here several times. This is a true testament to the hotel, staff and management. Of course there is the location, fine food to mention but for us the highlight was the people.

Villa Cuserina is well situated about 200m far from the boundary of the ancient village of Cannobio in the valley of Cannobino river. It is a new hotel with only few rooms. Therefore it is necessary to hold check-in times or to contact management for your arrival. The rooms are spacious, nice furnished, parkings are enough existing and breakfast is very good. Only the in hotels usual daily cleaning service was reduced to essentials.

Excellent location. Handy (<100m) to ferry, train and bus. Many restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. We needed a late check in which was accommodated without fuss. Good lake view from the front rooms and it has a lift. It's summer so it was pretty hot on the balcony but the air-conditioning worked well.

Lovely boutique hotel in gorgeous location on Lake Maggiore. Loved the view of the lake from our lake-view suite. Suite was a very good value. Hotel rooms are bright, fresh, clean, and well-appointed. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning worked great. The bathroom was large (for Europe) and very nicely done. Good lighting. Breakfast was good—all you would expect in a European continental breakfast. Eggs made any way you want upon request. Espresso drinks also made upon request. Hotel staff were gracious and helpful. Wonderful stay!

All new and clean. The stuff very nice and helpful. Amazing breakfast where you can also choose to have something fresh from the kitchen. We received an upgrade when we arrived, instead of our double doom we received the deluxe room and it was very nice. They also have sauna and jacuzzi for an extra fee. And the view and location just perfect in front of the lake.

Brezzo is a small village that can be explored on foot. Plenty more to see if you have a car: virtually all Lake Maggiore attractions are at your fingertips. For shopping, nearby Luino is the best bet with at least two large supermarkets.

Located a few kilometers from Luino.

Located a few kilometers from Luino. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent. We were able to have dinner and breakfast outside. The only drawback was the TV, which only had two channels. I had stayed at this property years ago. It has improved even further.

Beautiful spot in the mountains.

Beautiful spot in the mountains. The lake can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The return trip requires a bit of stamina though :-). Otherwise, it's a quiet place to live with a few restaurants, a pharmacy, etc. There's no supermarket, however. We always went to Luino.
