The apartment is very spacious, with a large living room and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom and shower are excellent. It’s located in a quiet area with parking just a few minutes’ walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped (although an oven was listed but not present). The washing machine and dryer were very useful during our stay. The TV is huge - although placed in the living room rather than the bedroom, which is more a personal preference. There’s also a nearby hypermarket, fast food options and food delivery available. For a couple this is a great place to stay. The railway station and autostrada access are close by, making it easy to reach Florence during your stay.

We happened to end up in Calenzano as a stopover on our way to the Amalfi Coast. We booked the hotel first for one night, which was perfect for a stopover. It's in a quiet location, and there are a few options nearby for spending the evening.

Very good location.

Very good location. The staff is helpful, but the room key didn't lock properly. The hotel has a delicious restaurant in the evening, but there are no vegetables or salads for breakfast, so it's a normal Italian breakfast.

I stayed in Calenzano because it allowed me to reach Florence quickly and easily, thanks to public transport, leaving my car at the hotel. I recommend the NOTTE DI restaurant and pizzeria for its varied and good-quality menu, very friendly staff, and the owners are very accommodating.

For a short stay. Indeed, for us, it's a simple guesthouse, a bit far from Florence, practically next door to a very popular and excellent Italian restaurant. No luxury, but decent comfort and cleanliness, and a very warm welcome.

It's very close to Florence.

It's very close to Florence. Just a few minutes' drive away is a train station with a large public parking lot where you can park for €5/day. Trains to Florence depart frequently for €1.50, and you can reach the city center in just a few minutes.

Very nice hotel. Each room have balcony, very green land scape and ambient. Bads are so comfortable, we always look forward to sleep there. Rooms are modern, and clean. Stuff is very kind and helpful. They really respect every guest. Breakfast, you have to try Breakfast there. In the evening I like to take in bar glas of vine. For us is also important private parking place. And is for free. I highly recommend this hotel. I am going again next week 🙂

Very large appartment, with quite comfortable rooms, large kitchen well equipped, a large living room. Ideal for a large family or group of friends. The area is quiet, with a small parking 50 meters from the entrance. It is ideal if you have a car, and want to visit around. The access to Florence is also easy via the railway station of Sesto. Very good contact with the owner. Everything was very clear, with the flexibility to arrive at any time.

It was 15k out of Florence, 20 minutes by train, but a very short walk to the home. Breakfast was very simple, rolls and coffe/tea in the room. The room itself had been recently redone and was well kept. The host Mauro was friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable.

The hotel is managed very well by the owners. They are very supportive: Advices to find restaurants, visiting Firenze, storing of luggage etc. The garden is beautiful and includes a nice swimming pool.
