The place is absolutely amazing! Very new, well equipped rooms, kitchen with coffee and tea that you can access during the day and a very nice pool! In 3 minutes walk you can find rocky beach - no umbrellas or chairs but you can easily buy one in supermarket. The water is so clean and beautiful so it worths it. Even though the airport is very close, plains don’t bother you. Most of the time you feel as living in private villa. To reach the supermarket or places to eat you can take a bicycle for free from Marina Rooms.

Just 10 minutes away from Palermo Airport by car, we chose this place for a one night stay before starting our adventrue on Sicily. Until we arrived, we were not quite aware of the fact that this is a house where we stay on the second floor of the house where the host couple lives on the first floor. Even so, we enjoyed the stay there with Vita and Pietro who were very welcoming and helpful. As Vita recommended us, we made an extra stop at the city of Cefalù one hour away from Palermo and it was one of the best places we visited in Sicily!

Very comfortable apartment with all you need for holiday break. A big terrace with two tables, chairs and sun loungers , good swimming pool with beautiful garden around. Nice view to the sea and fileld with horses. Parking under the roof was very convenient as it is a lot of sun in Sicily. We were provided with some complimentary drinks (milk, water, juice) and snacks (croissants).

The place had everything one needs from the coffee pods to soap and breakfast really nice and clean inside and outside is a great pool area to relax the host told us a few places to eat at and they were good but the best part you are 5 minutes to the airport and at 7 AM departure it's great.

I like the view to the mountains and the sea from the...

I like the view to the mountains and the sea from the terrace of the apartment, as well as, the quietness of the area. There are historical places near by and the food is very good in Sicilia, we ate at a local restaurant "La Torre" (tip from our host). Nice host. We might stay 2 more nights next time, we could not visit the Castle and other places due to lack of time. We would definitely recommend you to have a car to visit this area.

Tiny village between the mountains with a typical lovely italian street. Very little city, but nice for a walk and to spend a couple hours. We were there just transit for a night. After a short walking in the morning we went to Palermo by train.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location. Giuseppe is a kind host who provided us with coffee tea and milk with basic breakfast ingredients. The apartment is very well equipped, and recently decorated and furnished. The bed is lovely and comfy. The views are wonderful! It is about 15mins walk from the train station (45 mins to Palermo ) and 20 mins from nearest shop. The pool looked lovely so we will definitely return again in better weather to try it!

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The host, Valerio, was extremely kind and helpful—he picked us up from the airport and even assisted with picking up our rental car. The room was spotless, very bright, and had a modern feel. It was perfectly equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, and a coffee machine. We only stayed for one night, but we truly enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Very well organized and clear check-in instruction from Mr. Gaetano Dolce incl. self-remote controlled to enter the gate of the property. Located very near to the airport and 20 mins walk to the nearby beach. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and well-maintained. Also well-stocked with breakfast (incl. juice, milk, coffee, bread) and Aperitifs. It offers a nice pool and a good selection of bikes.
