We had the privilege of staying in a place with the most breathtaking terrace view we've ever experienced - it was truly hard to say goodbye. The apartment is beautifully designed, stylish, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything one could possibly need. Patrizia arranged secure, covered parking for us, which made our stay even more convenient. Everything went smoothly. Dario was incredibly helpful, sharing insights about nearby attractions and recommending excellent places to eat. Castelmola itself is a charming and authentic village - peaceful and full of character. We especially recommend the scenic walking path from Castelmola to Taormina - an unforgettable experience. If we ever return to Castelmola, there's no doubt we ll stay at this B&B again. Highly recommended!

The view from the terrace is truly fantastic, also in winter. We could not get enough of it. Also the location is perfect, in the very heart of the town, and still well connected to Taormina. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, and quickly respond to any requests.

Castel Mola is a picturesque hilltop town above Taormina. There is a limited bus service but I would not recommend a car. There are lots of steps and narrow streets. The restaurants were good value. The church is interesting and there are great views of Etna.

Quaint town set on the top of a hill - quite amazing to visit! Fantastic views of Mt Etna and surrounds. Many cute restaurants and terraces. If you have the opportunity to stay for dinner the town has a different feel in the evening once the day trippers has have left. The famous Bar Turrisi is fantastic for drinks, dinner or Gelato.

It is a beautiful little mountain top village.

It is a beautiful little mountain top village. Nice hike/walk down to Taormina or easy bus if you wish. Great place to relax. I would worry about it being even more overrun with tourists in peak season but it makes sense why. If you drive by car and are not comfortable with small, steep roads - take some anxiety meds and take your time!

Quiet and quaint village.

Quiet and quaint village. The views are amazing, there are the basic shops like pharmacy and grocer in case you need something. The only downside is the frequency of the busses out of Castelmola. The first one is about 6.30am-7am to go to Taormina, and then the next one is 10am. Most shops open around 10am, except for the cafe in the piazza and the pharmacy, which open earlier. You can get anywhere in Castelmola on foot. There is also il sentiero dei Saraceni which takes you on foot to Taormina. It is a steep walk down so prepare comfortable shoes if you plan on taking this walk.

Amazing place to stay.

Amazing place to stay. We went to Taormina for the day and enjoyed Castelmola during the evenings. Amazing view of the city and Mt Etna from the castle. It was easy to get to Taormina and we used both walking paths to get upto Castelmola, we enjoyed both paths equally. Loads of good shops/restaurants in the area too. Pizzeria Nina for pizza was amazing.

EVERYTHING! The place is immaculate - very clean, well furnished and super comfortable. The location is perfect, and Castelmola is breathtaking! If you’re unsure of where to stay - book it! We’re normally fussy, but this was 10/10. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops and icre cream place - at your door step! The host i just lovely, so very welcoming and sweet. The location, the location, the location. We had the first floor apartment which is a bit small, but the balcony makes it all up for that. Alberto was an excellent host. And we loved being in Castelmola, liked it much better than the overcrowded Taormina.
