    When we got to the house, there was a technical issue with the doors that made it impossible to stay there, but the host resolved the issue very quickly by finding an alternative room in a nearby hotel for us. I probably shouldn't rate the place as we didn't really stay there, but I do want to appreciate the initiative of the host to quickly resolve the problem in a very satisfying way. Thank you!

    The hotel is close to Daolasa cable car, and convenient to ski . The room we stay is big and clean, the staff here are all very kind and support a lot. We feel very happy to be here, hoping to come back again

    Renting towels was something unusual, they should change that. The initial price on booking was increased from 330 to 370 plus 15 local tax. Otherwise great.
