The only downside to this stay was that we had to come home!
The only downside to this stay was that we had to come home! Francesco and his family at Terra Terra were so unbelievably lovely, he gave some wonderful recommendations for places to visit and eat, as well as making bookings for us. The breakfast was delicious, the location is beautiful and peaceful, I can't wait to visit again. Francesco was also so helpful, as our car rental fell through and he was able to help us get this sorted, it honestly was one of our favourite stays ever and we can't recommend Terra Terra enough. It is close to Conversano, which is a lovely town with amazing food. Our favourite restaurants from the stay were Il Giullare and Vita Pugliese (both recommended by our wonderful host!)Guest review byBenjamin - 10

Lovely town and we had a great time exploring all the nooks and crannies. some really lovely restaurants too. To name but a few: II Giullare; Pizzeria Terrarossa; Tie Osteria Gintoneria All lovely and very reasonably priced. Parking is a challenge. It is a beautiful town in rural Puglia, small with a stunning cathedral and ancient castle fort. It also has an interesting monastery and art school. Its history dates back to the 6th C BC . Lovely quiet town with a charming centro storico. Very friendly, variety of restaurant choices. It's a little cooler and breezier than the coastal towns, which makes it a nice place to cool down in the summer. There is a castle, nice museums, good shops, and definitely hit up della Corte for a perfect cappuccino, or a nice pranzo. Public transit is by bus only right now - 15 minutes from Polignano a Mare. They started upgrading the train tracks in early part of COVID lockdown - locals anticipate it taking years to be active again. Great people watching at Piazza Castello, and do walk the park at Villa Giuseppe Garibaldi.Guest review byKAOCItaly

The Casa Toni founded few metres from centro storiko, only two three minutes . The room has all the amenities, kitchen, oven, table, chairs, dishes, everything. The room is renovated with all amenities and very clean. There is plenty of parking space in the surrounding streets, Conversano is the perfect place to stay , to visit the surrounding places, Alberobello , Monopoli, Polignano a Mare.
