Great location, it was super easy to get to, and also easy to get to nice restaurants in the area. Loved the spacious bathroom and how good the shower-head pressure was. Danielle was great, and let us use the spa even though there were less than 40mins left before they close. The smart locks made our in-outs very easy! Highly recomming the property!

Staff was very helpful, they arranged our breakfast at 6 in the morning ,because we were in a hurry for the airplane. Great location, very pretty and super decorated rooms. Amazing view, it really exceeded our expectations. Everything was absolutely great and lovely! The restaurant nearby has to be seen, food was very, very tasty!!

The hotel is new, with very nice design, the rooms are large, with all amenities, large balconies, comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is located next to a new shopping center which has shops and restaurants. It is still in the process of being finished, but that is not a problem. There is convenient transportation to the hotel, the city center is a 30 min walk. I would happily stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Bergamo.
